What is Talent Match?

To get support from us and to join the programme, you'll need to be:

  • 18-24

  • Unemployed for 12+ months

  • Living within Leicester City or North West Leicestershire 

 

Target Locations:

  • Beaumont Leys

  • New Parks 

  • Braunstone and Rowley Fields

  • Spinney Hills 

  • Coalville and Greenhill

 

What can you expect from Talent Match

Not only is Talent match commited to giving you the support you need, we also have a wide partnership network who are just as dedicated as we are. with their help we are able to give support and provide you with many fantastic opportunities.

Talent Match: The Bigger Picture

Talent Match is a £108million investment aimed at tackling youth unemployment in 21 areas of England hardest hit by the economic downturn. It will support young people who are furthest away from being work-ready to secure employment or take up enterprising opportunities. Talent Match is a five-year investment for young people aged 18-24 who have not been in employment, education or training (NEET) for 12 months or more, and need particular support to help them into work. The investment was co-designed with young people and will continue to have young people at the heart of decision making throughout the programme.
